At Primer Auto and RV Services we can do the simple repairs such as brakes, transmission, and tires. We can also do the specialized care in AC, wiring, roof maintenance and plumbing.
RV repair is complicated. Each RV is unique from one another, and needs to be done right for your family's safety.
When repairing, we use a five-step process to streamline the work.
Exploratory Check
We go over the vehicle and do a preliminary check of all the
repairs we notice. Then the client states what they would like to
work on.
Scope of Work
Our technicians then do the requested repairs that the client
needs. We will complete other maintenance on the vehicle that
needs to be done to finish the client's request.
Follow Up
After finishing the scope of work, we will provide a list of other
repairs that we noticed. Then, we will confer with the client and
discuss what they need and what they declined to repair.
Reviewed Repairs
Primer will work on the repairs listed in the follow-up
and order parts to be shipped in.
Vehicle Return
Will return the vehicle to the client and schedule repairs in the
future for what was declined in the follow-up, or couldn't be
shipped in the time frame.
