I wanted to go camping, but had engine trouble. Was looking around, then came into the store on Tuesday to meet George. He somehow found the parts needed to repair my RV. I was then able to get back on the road in time to go fishing with my family.

Traveling to Florida from Canada and experienced engine issues with our motorhome after we stopped at a rest area just north of Seville,OH. Premiere was recommended to us by the mobile mechanic who checked us out. He was sure it was a couple of pistons. He suggested an upgrade to Bilstein Shocks and Sumo air springs and got it all down in 1 day. His shop is first class and loaded with Big Class A busses. At the beginning of 2024, my wife and I bought a new-to-us bunkhouse camper to better fit our kids. Unfortunately on our first trip out, the original fridge (2017) stopped working. Having heard the same stories about the service at big name dealerships, I did some research and found Premier. George fit me into his super busy schedule knowing that we had a trip coming up, and got my fridge installed that week. I was very impressed and appreciative! Following that trip, I noticed there were dents in the door of the new fridge. The new fridge door had a wider profile, so when the kitchen slide was closed, door came in contact with the island while driving, putting pressure on both. I called George and told him about it, and he came out to my house right away to look at it and come up with a plan. George went above and beyond to make it right! Excellent customer service. I have since gone back to have the wheel bearings packed and have a drain issue diagnosed, and my experience this time was no different. I am very glad I found George's business and I will continue to use them as long as they're around.

As first-time RV owners, we knew we'd be facing a steep learning curve, and that finding the right service team was going to be crucial. Customer after customer spoke about their outstanding experience with George and his team, and I knew I had to meet this guy everyone was raving about even before we officially bought our coach. I remember walking into George's old shop in Medina just to introduce myself. I told him I was there simply to see if the man behind all the five-star reviews lived up to the hype. George did not disappoint. He's a unique personality larger than life in the best way and it quickly became clear that he has a true passion for helping people, especially those who feel lost when it comes to RV repair and maintenance. Since that day, George and the Premier RV team have become my go-to resource for everything related to our coach. I've personally witnessed the team repair damage from a storm that ripped an awning off a Class C and punctured the sidewall. By the time George's crew was done, you couldn't even tell where the damage had been they even matched and reapplied the striping to perfection. Without hesitation, I've already referred multiple friends to Premier RV and will continue doing so. We had an issue with our RV oven, which we use quite a bit. For a year, it had not been staying lit. We tried all the normal things, even replacing the pilot assembly. Two other companies tried to fix it, with zero results. I took it to George at Premier and he promised fix it. It did take quite a while (partly due to slow arrival of parts), but it's fixed! He called to say he had baked a pot pie! Our first trip out, and the oven is working well. While the communication during the process could have been more prompt, we are very happy to have a working oven!

George and Logan are GREAT! My wife and I are new full time RV'ers with many out of the gate stories to tell. Running into George is one of them. We lost our steering box about 50 miles from his shop. We had called several shops and some dealerships, and it was clear when speaking with George he knew our rig, he talked with ease about likely solutions, and cautioned us about parts, which I suspected delays as it's a 2004. So, 2 days to get a tow and we're off to Premier Auto and RV Service. George's lot has its fair share of routine work orders and the unexpected like ours. Despite his busy schedule he said he could get to ours in a couple of days and diagnose and propose a solution. We knew what we were up against and fully expected to be down a month between parts availability and scheduling. We immediately rented a car and went to an Airbnb. George gave us several food and entertainment suggestions which were all spot on. We took in Cleveland and the surrounding area, Cuyahoga National Park and did some motorcycle and ebike riding all at his suggestion. He was able to source a part sooner than expected and sent one of his guys 100+ miles to pick it up rather than wait for it to ship. It's a busy shop and we would have completely understood our place in line, but as soon as he was available (his daughter got married the day the part got in) they went right to work, and called us with the good news that it was done. After 2 weeks we were on the road again. Leading up to that day we had gone back to the shop to grab or drop off stuff and get our motorcycle that we tow behind. George always has entertaining and informative conversation, he feels like a family member you only get to see every now and again, but when you do you don't skip a beat. I can't say enough about our experience there both personally and professionally. Don't hesitate to call them for your service needs, and maybe a few food recommendations too.

We could not be more impressed or appreciative of the repair and service provided by George and PA&RVS. We had a 3 week RV trip planned to Montana to meet up with family. Five days before departure we realized that our lift Jake's had failed and we could not get them to retract thus we could not move. After reading the reviews, I thought I would give Premier a call. Taking our motorhome back to the dealership just wasn't cutting it anymore. What a great business George has, very knowledgeable on RV's and quick turnaround. I purchased tires which he installed along with my centramatic rings. I also had them do and oil change and he topped of the fluids. We will be taking our RV back to Premier for all of our future service. Do not be afraid to give them a call. Traveling through Medina with an older RV, we developed engine problems related to fuel flow. George and his team went through various scenarios of filters, fuel pump, etc. until they found the root cause. It turned out to be a fuel distribution regulator. George never made any outrageous promises, he just searched for and diagnosed what the problem was and fixed it. We are very happy and can now continue our journey. So thorough and communication was top notch! You really know that you are in good hands! We are new RV'ers and were quite nervous. We left feeling confident that our older RV was ready for some serious travel. The owner even giving us an emergency number to call if we had any questions! Wanting to give it a good cleaning prior to our trip I checked in alone at a local campsite for the night. Immediately I ran into an issue with the sliders coming out- I called that number and George called me back within 5 minutes and in less time than that was able to inform me that my parking brake had to be completely depressed in order for the slides to operate. Unfortunately, due to my own ignorance, the batteries were all dead when I tried to leave. Intending to call my husband, I redialed the last called number and it was George! He could tell I was upset and he asked what was wrong. After I explained he insisted that I wasn't far away and he would be right there. He came in the middle of the day and explained what I did wrong, and got me going again!! WOW- what a guy! We'll never go anywhere else!

My RV would not start when picking it up from winter storage. It was my first time using Premier RV Service. I called and talked to George. His shop was only about a mile away from our storage lot, and he actually came to our site to help troubleshoot the problem. I had it towed to his shop and it turned out to be a bad fuel pump. Premier is very knowledgeable about RV's and took care of it like it was their own. They even cleaned the mud off the floor that I left. Very pleased with their customer service and craftsmanship!

My father(who will be 91 yo in Jan 2020) and I live in upstate NY, we spend our Winters in Wellton, Az. On our way to Az we stop in Shelbyville, In. to see my sister, both on way out and on way home. We had pulled into a parking area to walk the dogs, take a brake and check few things out. After checking transmission fluid I checked the oil, everything was good. When we're ready to go I start RV and in shift indicator square it says "change engine oil". Now everything was good when I checked it. Now I don't know what to do. I was worried about transmission, because of all the up and down shifting, but the oil doesn't have anything to do with transmission. I don't know what I should do. So I pull out manual and reading, reading and what I was thinking makes sense. But remember it's me and my dad. Do I really want to brake down on the side of the road, so do I stay or do I go. We've broke down before, roadside service is great but...so I call roadside service, she knows nothing about motors. I ask to talk to RV tech because the number is on back of card. She informs me I need to be platinum member to speak with tech. Oh really, I did speak to one but he sounded drunk and what I could make out was they were telling me they were coming to get us, but then nothing was open, Friday night after 5p, so because we were in parking area we were to stay there for the night and call at 6am. So I did call but they don't open til 9 a on Sat morning, I got answer service. I could have hurt someone by this time. Instead of calling them back I made some of my own phone calls. By chance George from Premier Automotive & RV Service answered his phone. We talked, I explained all of what was going on. He asked me some questions about our RV, how it was running and told me that we would be good for the 4 hr drive to my sister's. He then gave us his personal phone number and said "I'll be your life line between here and your sisters. If you have any trouble you call me and I'll take care of you". Where did this man come from? He answered my questions without wanting me to pay for his answers. Then he asked me to make sure I called him to let him know we made. I did. George was such a great help and a relief. He was nice and concerned. He did suggest having the oil changed, which we did. To find someone like this to help you out and not expecting anything, gave me hope that there are still good people on the earth. Thank you George, so very much.

These people are great!!!!! They saved us. We we were stuck on the interstate when the transmission went out in my RV. Every place we called said that they couldn't get to us for 2-3 weeks. We travel for a living so this was devastating. George told us that he couldn't leave us stranded and told us to have our RV towed to him. He had us out the door in 3 days and that included him having the transmission shipped in. What great, great people! I can not say enough good things about them.

We love these people. Our RV broke down on I271 outside of Medina Ohio late one afternoon. We knew we had to find a shop that would be able handle our larger frame. We found George and his shop. They found someone to tow our cargo trailer to his shop as well as allowing us to plug up. He rearranged so he could see use 1st that next morning. Broke down with our RV. He said it would be 2 days before he could look at it, but over the phone gave good instructions to get us limped into his shop. Then they took a look almost right away. Since it required more than a quick fix, he told us about a great camp ground (Pier Lon) not too far away, and about some good restaurants. It took 11 days to get us back on the road because Freightliner sent our parts to the wrong state. George communicated well with us, and did all he could to get us going again as soon as possible. He was more than fair with pricing. We feel like we met a trusted friend. We will be back for a visit to the area. George is a wealth of information about the area. A real good will ambassador for Medina.

It took 2 weeks to build it, and 2 weeks for shipping. They spent additional hours for installation due to an electrical issue with the new awning, but did not charge me extra. We were driving our Monaco Dynasty from Texas to NY, when it overheated and wecwere stopped near Medina. George found the problem was a belt that needed to be replaced we were relieved that it was something " simple". George began looking for a replacement and found it was obsolete... He worked tirelessly to find one for us... We couldn't be more pleased with the care and service we received. George even took us into town two different days while we waited(though he was very busy) and arranged for us to stay at a nearby campground (Pier-Lon) also a very nice place. It's so hard to find a good mechanic and one that you can trust- let alone one you trust with a camper. George and the Premier team are just that. For both my work truck and personal vehicle, I don't use anybody other than George for anything. First of all, this is the first place I've ever gone to get a vehicle worked on for anything -- you actually want to wait there for it to be finished. The whole time you're entertained, and when the work is done, you find yourself saying, "Dang, it's already time to go!?" As for the workmanship, it's honestly second to none. I travel the country for work, and I only let Premier work on my vehicles because I know they're done right and honestly without any shortcuts. My biggest complaint about George and his business is that, whenever I'm across the country and need something done, his attention to detail and transparency in his work always leaves me unsure about when I'm stuck having to use somebody else. Honestly. I find myself calling him from out of state to get his opinion before I do anything every time. My biggest deterrent with any automotive service, is that you always feel like they're assuming you don't know what they're doing and that you're being taken advantage of. George's best strength is that he makes you feel like a lifelong friend, tells you everything he's doing, and does it well. I'd drive out of my way to use his business. Highly recommend!

We broke down in our 36 ft Motor home cooking through Ohio. Our Sideview mirror broke off and we couldn't drive on the highway. Preimium got us in right away and fixed it so good, it'll never come off. I can't tell you how nice and friendly they were. It's the first time I enjoyed breaking down. They got us out as fast as they could. I recommend them very much.
